Our One-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

At Sunrise Seating, we stand behind the quality of our work. All of our furniture includes a one-year craftsmanship warranty covering defects resulting from our workmanship, construction, or design. This includes issues caused by a manufacturing error or structural flaw on our end.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Examples of non-covered damage include (but are not limited to) jumping or standing on furniture, pet damage (chewing, scratching, etc.), stains, spills, burns, fabric wear, or any alterations made after delivery.

If a qualifying issue arises within one year of delivery, we will assess the concern and repair the piece as needed. Our goal is simple: if something goes wrong because of us, we’ll make it right.
